Modalities

Internal Family Systems

Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is based on the idea that our minds consist of multiple distinct subpersonalities, or "parts," each with its own unique feelings, beliefs, and sometimes conflicting motivations. The therapeutic process involves exploring this internal system to understand the protective roles these parts play and to heal those that carry past wounds. IFS helps individuals tap into the inherent wisdom of their core "Self," cultivating internal harmony so they can navigate life with greater clarity, confidence, and compassion.

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Rooted in centuries of global tradition, mindfulness is the non-judgmental practice of staying openly aware of your present thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. By teaching individuals how to consciously process stressful feelings, the practice provides lasting benefits like reduced emotional reactivity, sharper focus, and healthier relationships across all areas of life.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a scientifically validated approach that builds psychological flexibility through a combination of mindfulness, acceptance strategies, and behavioural change. This therapy encourages individuals to identify their core values and commit to meaningful actions aligned with those values, even when experiencing difficult symptoms like anxiety or chronic pain. ACT ultimately aims to help people build a rich and fulfilling life while making room for life's inevitable hardships.
