About Me

Natalie Bruno

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

You've experienced hardships, difficult relationships (with yourself and others), and identities that no longer serve you. There's a part of you, maybe very quiet or loud, saying "I want to change". You want to live more authentically, present, empowered, and embodied but are not quite sure how to start. You want to connect more genuinely with yourself and others. You want to explore your experiences, thoughts, emotions, and identities in a safe, affirming, and judgement-free space.

Our therapy room is grounded in a strength-focused perspective that recognizes resilience rather than brokenness. The challenges you've faced are understood as adaptations to what you've lived through, and change is supported by the strengths and inner resources you already carry. Identity exploration, authenticity, and belonging are welcomed and affirmed.

Together, a trusting and collaborative relationship is created where all parts of you are welcome. Sessions are guided by your unique needs, goals, and readiness, and the pace depends on what feels right for you. Various approaches and tools will be explored to determine what works best for you, helping you feel empowered and supported in your healing.
